Pick up your package from ACS stores in Limassol and Larnaca ONLY!

Please inform us of your preferred ACS pick-up location, and we will arrange for your order to be sent to the selected ACS store for collection.

Additional Shipping & Handling Information

We typically ship all orders with in-stock merchandise within 2-3 business days. Our order processing occurs Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). In case of any delays, we’ll promptly notify you via email or phone regarding the expected shipping time

Just a heads-up for the busy back-to-school period: From late August to September 10th, delivery times for online orders may extend to 6–10 days due to high demand and limited stock. If you need uniforms sooner, please visit our physical stores.

Return Policy

If you’re unhappy with your purchase, you can choose to exchange products within 15 days with the receipt!

Uniform Return Rules

Return Conditions

To ensure we can offer a refund or exchange, please ensure items are returned in original condition with the original receipt included.

We cannot accept your return if the uniform is:

Worn to school or for any activity.
Washed or dried.
Labeled with a student’s name or tags.
Altered (no shortening or tailoring).
Damaged (no stains, grass marks, or odors).

Items must have all original tags attached. If we see signs of misuse, we will not issue credit.

Store Credit Only

We do not give cash refunds. You will receive a Store Credit Note that never expires.

No Expiration Date: Your credit note never expires. Use it next month or next year—it's yours until you spend it.
Return Window: Items must be sent back within 30 days of your purchase/delivery day

Faulty Items

Factory Mistakes: If an item has a manufacturing defect (like a broken zipper or faulty seam), please notify us within 30 days for an exchange or credit or Full Refund.
Exclusions: We do not cover damage caused by "wear and tear," playground use, or incorrect washing/drying.
